According to Deadline, the series is being written by Gossip Girl creators Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage.

Who will be in the Legally Blonde TV Show cast?

While Reese Witherspoon will serve as an executive producer, it has not yet been announced who will play the teenage Elle Woods.
